Phone: +49 711 217 20 218 · Email: mail(a)qbm-stuttgart.de
Full details can be found in the legal notice.
No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so. For data protection questions, please contact us by phone or email.
2. Server logs and encryption
When you visit this website, our hosting provider stores technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). This data is used solely for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
This website is transmitted with SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by the padlock symbol and “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
3. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, topic and message) in order to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with. Statutory retention obligations, e.g. for business correspondence under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
4. Applications
We accept applications for our vacancies by email. We process your application documents exclusively for the application procedure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of an employment or service relationship).
Only the persons involved in the selection process have access. If no cooperation results, we delete your documents no later than six months after the procedure has ended. Longer storage, e.g. for future projects, only takes place with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Our job advertisements contain structured data so that search engines can display them as job offers. No personal data about you is transmitted in the process.
5. Downloads
Our downloads (checklists, templates, company documents) are free of charge and available without registration. We do not ask for any details such as your name or email address.
6. Fonts and videos
Fonts and videos are loaded exclusively from our own server. No connection is established to servers of Google or other providers. The videos are only loaded when you click “play”.
7. Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising purposes. Our content management system may set technically necessary cookies required for the secure operation of the website; these do not allow any evaluation of your behaviour.
When you switch between light and dark design, we store this setting in your browser’s local storage (entry “qbm-theme”). The information does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us. Storage is strictly necessary for this function requested by you (Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
8. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to external services, e.g. to our Google Business Profile. This content is not embedded; the provider’s page is only accessed when you click the link. The provider’s privacy policy applies there.
9. Recipients and transfers
We only pass on your data where necessary for the purposes stated, e.g. to technical service providers acting on our behalf or – within the scope of legal obligations – to tax advisers and authorities. There is no transfer to countries outside the EU. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
10. Your rights
You have the right at any time to
- access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
