QBM Stuttgart supports companies in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and mid-sized businesses in Quality Management, Interim Management, Project Management, Process Management, Digitalisation and Training & Workshop.
We implement and audit quality management systems according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, provide experienced interim managers for production, quality and project management, and support projects from advanced quality planning to start of production – including supplier management and supplier audits.
Our approach follows four steps: analyse & plan, do & implement, check & measure, standardise & improve. We run in-house training on FMEA, MSA, SPC and VDA 6.3 at your site.
