For manufacturing companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland we are looking for a lean manager / shop floor expert (m/f/d) to analyse and optimise production processes according to lean principles – with CIP workshops, value stream analyses and measures to increase OEE.

Your tasks

Value stream analyses (VSM) and development of target concepts
Planning and moderating CIP and Kaizen workshops
OEE analysis and implementation of improvement measures
Setting up shop floor management and regular communication
Introducing 5S, standard work and set-up time optimisation (SMED)
Coaching managers and employees

Your profile

Experience as a lean manager or lean expert in production
Confident with lean methods and CIP
Strong moderation and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Very good German skills, English an advantage
